I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is simply fantastic, surrounded by the best restaurants in the area. It was incredibly convenient to have such a variety of dining options right at my doorstep. Moreover, the service was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the front desk to the dining area and housekeeping, everyone was friendly, professional, and attentive. I truly felt like a valued guest throughout my stay.

This hotel is located in a great area, close to some of the best restaurants in the Santa Felicidade area. the staff is very gentle and helpful, making your stay more comfortable. the rooms are quite comfortables, with sizes that are very good. Breakfast is delicious, and the facilities are nice to enjoy.

My stay at Nacional Inn Santa Felicidade was fantastic! The location was perfect, right in the heart of Santa Felicidade. The rooms were very comfortable and clean. Additionally, the staff was accommodating and addressed any issues promptly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was great, I could easily walk to nearby restaurants and enjoy the x-mas atmosphere. The rooms were clean and tidy, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. I was also impressed by the friendly nature of some of the staff members who went out of their way to help me with my heavy luggage.

The hotel was a big disappointment. The breakfast was basic and lacked variety, not to mention the poor quality of food that was offered.

Had a great new year celebration! the fireworks show was amazing! the location of the hotel was ideal, close to good restaurants and shops. the staff was really friendly, always with a smile on their faces and willing to help. the pool area was awesome, especially for my kids, they enjoyed the water slides a lot.

The hotel needs some improvement in terms of cleanliness, the room was not very clean, and the towels were not changed every day. the breakfast was not very diverse and could use more variety.
